Ja, u kunt uw camera’s delen met familie en vrienden, zodat zij de camerabeelden kunnen bekijken en uw lampen, stekkers en andere apparaten kunnen bedienen. Tik in de app op Profiel en vervolgens op Huisbeheer om deelrechten te verlenen of in te trekken. Om een apparaat te delen, moet de andere gebruiker de app al hebben gedownload en een account hebben geregistreerd.
- Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat in de koppelingsmodus staat (het indicatielampje moet snel knipperen).
- Zorg ervoor dat er een wifi-netwerk beschikbaar is en dat het apparaat niet te ver van de router verwijderd is.
- Controleer of het wifi-wachtwoord dat u hebt ingevoerd correct is.
- Controleer of het apparaat is ingeschakeld.
- Controleer of het netwerk stabiel is en of de wifi-naam en het wachtwoord niet zijn gewijzigd. Als dit wel het geval is, voeg het apparaat dan opnieuw toe.
- Als het netwerk normaal werkt, maar het apparaat nog steeds als offline wordt weergegeven, controleer dan of er te veel apparaten met het wifi-netwerk zijn verbonden. U kunt ook uw router opnieuw opstarten en de status van het apparaat opnieuw controleren.
1.Open eerst de FlinQ-app en ga naar de instellingen van de deurbel.
2.Schakel vóór het verwijderen/resetten het anti-demontage-/diefstalalarm uit. De handleiding waarschuwt hier expliciet voor.

Code inwisselen voor FlinQ Cloud Storage
1. Open of installeer de FlinQ-app.
2. Log in of maak gratis een account aan.

4. Tik op de camera waarvoor je Cloud Storage wilt activeren.
5. Tik rechtsboven op de drie puntjes “...” of het potlood-icoon.
6. Scroll omlaag naar “VAS / Cloud Storage” en tik daarop.
7. Tik in het volgende scherm opnieuw rechtsboven op “...” en kies “Inwisselcode”.
8. Voer je code in en tik op “Inwisselen” (in sommige appversies heet dit “Weergave”).
9. Selecteer bij "effectief apparaat" de camera waarvoor je de cloud storage wilt gebruiken
10. Druk onderin op de blauwe knop "Nu inwisselen" om je cloud storage te activeren
Klaar! Cloud Storage is direct actief voor de gekozen periode. Voor afloop ontvang je per e-mail een bericht met uitleg over hoe je kunt verlengen.
Wanneer je de melding krijgt dat je smart product al gekoppeld is aan een ander account, dien je een unbind request aan te vragen. Klik hier om te lezen hoe je dit doet.

How do I reset my doorbell?
1. First, open the FlinQ app and go to the doorbell settings.
2. Before removing or resetting, switch off the anti-dismantling/theft alarm. The manual explicitly warns about this.
3. Remove the doorbell from the bracket.
4. Press and hold the reset button for about 5 to 10 seconds.
Wait until the doorbell has reset. The doorbell can then be put back into pairing mode and added to the FlinQ app.

For FlinQ cameras, we recommend using a reliable SD card from a well-known brand. The SD cards listed below have been tested and found suitable for use with FlinQ cameras. These cards have been successfully tested for recording, playback, and formatting.

I’m not receiving (push) notifications on my phone from my FlinQ devices
Receiving push notifications on your phone sometimes requires additional steps, especially on Android devices. Follow the steps below to receive notifications.
Step 1 – Open the FlinQ app
1. Open the FlinQ app on your phone.
2. Tap ‘Profile’ in the bottom right corner.
Step 2 – Open the app settings
1. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Open the ‘Settings’ menu.
3. Tap ‘App notification’.
Step 3 – Turn on device alerts
1. Look for the ‘Device Alert’ option.
2. Set this option to ‘On’.
3. Check that ‘Do Not Disturb (DND)’ is turned off.
Step 4 – Check notifications on your phone
Samsung / Android
1. Open ‘Settings’ on your phone.
2. Go to ‘Notifications’.
3. Tap ‘App notifications’.
4. Find the ‘FlinQ’ app.
5. Ensure that notifications are enabled.
iPhone (iOS)
1. Open ‘Settings’ on your iPhone.
2. Go to ‘Notifications’.

How Do I Redeem the Code for My Cloud Storage?
Redeem code for FlinQ Cloud Storage
1. Open or install the FlinQ app.
2. Log in or create a free account.
3. Add your camera (if you haven’t already).
4. Tap on the camera for which you want to activate Cloud Storage.
5. Tap the three dots “…” or the pencil icon in the top right.
6. Scroll down to “VAS / Cloud Storage” and tap on it.
7. In the next screen, tap “…” again in the top right and choose “Redemption code”.
8. Enter your code and tap “Redeem” (in some app versions, this may be called “Display”).
9. Under “effective device”, select the camera for which you want to use cloud storage
10. Press the blue button “Redeem now” at the bottom to activate your cloud storage
Done! Cloud Storage is immediately active for the chosen period. Before it expires, you’ll receive an email explaining how to extend.

How Do I Create a Group of Multiple Products in the FlinQ App?
With the FlinQ app, you can easily create a group of two or more devices. This is handy if you want to turn all your lights on or off at the same time, for example.
Follow these steps to create a group:
1. Open the FlinQ app on your smartphone or tablet.
2. Tap on one of the devices you want to include in the group.
3. Press the pen icon or the icon with three dots (“…”) in the top right corner.
4. Scroll down a bit and choose the “Create group” option.
5. In the overview, select the other devices you want to add to the group and press Save.
6. Give the group a name, optionally choose a room, and press Continue.
My Doorbell’s (Anti-Theft) Alarm is Going off, how Do I Turn it off?
When the doorbell alarm goes off, there are two ways to turn it off, depending on the situation:
Situation 1: The doorbell has been removed from the app and the alarm is sounding (for example, because it is not in the holder)
1. Place a magnet on the back of the doorbell, in the indicated box as shown in this image.
2. Then, press and hold the reset button for 5 to 10 seconds.
3. Once the alarm stops, the doorbell is reset. You can now pair it again via the app, as described in the manual.
Situation 2: The doorbell has been removed from the holder while still connected to the app
1. Place the doorbell back in the holder; the alarm will automatically stop beeping.
2. Open the FlinQ app and select your doorbell.
3. Tap the three dots in the upper right corner and scroll down until you see “Anti Dismantling Alarm”.
4. Turn off the Anti-theft alarm function. This will disable the alarm.
Please note: After replacing the doorbell in the holder (for example, after charging), remember to turn the anti-theft alarm back on for optimum security.

How Do I Turn the Motion Sensor on or off?
Open the app and tap on the video doorbell. In the bottom right, tap the menu with the up arrow. In this menu, you can turn the motion sensor on or off.
Sharing a FlinQ Smart Product with Multiple Users
You can easily share the device with one or more people. Follow the steps below:
1. Add the device to the FlinQ app on your device.
2. Open the relevant product in the FlinQ app.
3. Press the three dots “…” in the top right corner or the pen icon.
4. Scroll to the bottom and select “Share device”.
Important: Before proceeding, the person you want to share the device with must have downloaded the FlinQ app and created an account.
5. Choose “Share with the account FlinQ”.
6. Enter the email address of the other user (this must be the email address they used to register in the FlinQ app).
7. Press “Continue”.
The other person will now receive an invitation and can operate the device.
Does this Smart FlinQ Product Work with Homey (Pro)?
Yes, some smart products from FlinQ are supported by Homey in combination with the Tuya app. Check the Homey website to ensure that this product works well in your specific case.
Connecting your FlinQ Device to a New Network?
It may happen that your network name or provider has changed. You will need to remove the device from your FlinQ app and add it again. In some cases, a reset of the device is necessary; you can find this procedure in your product’s manual.
Which WiFi Frequency Do FlinQ’s Smart Devices Support?
FlinQ products only work with a 2.4 GHz network. In most routers, you can create separate SSIDs (network names) for both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies, for example:
– FlinQ-office-5GHz
– FlinQ-office-24GHz
A combined signal, where both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies fall under one SSID (network name), is not always supported.
If you need help changing your wifi settings, please contact your internet provider.
