Infrared Heating

Infrared heaters work in a completely different way than, for example, convection heaters. Instead of heating the air, they emit infrared radiation that directly warms objects and people in the room. This is similar to how the sun warms the earth. The radiation only heats the surfaces it touches, not the air around it.
