You can register your product after purchase by clicking here.
After registration, you receive an additional year of warranty on top of the initial 2-year legal warranty. The first 2 years of warranty are handled by the selling party. If something unexpectedly breaks or stops working with your product, always contact the selling party or the webshop/store where you purchased your product first. After the 2-year legal warranty, you can contact FlinQ for the extra year of warranty.
The extra year of warranty is always in combination with your original purchase invoice. You can only register new products; registering second-chance products is not possible, as they have a 1-month warranty.
The barcode is the 13-digit code under the barcode on your product’s box.
