That’s unfortunate but it does happen sometimes. Don’t worry, we’ll sort this out with you properly.
It sometimes varies per supplier how and where you need to register your product as a return. On this page you can read how this works.
If you order your package on weekdays before 4:00 PM, we usually deliver it to your home the next day (excluding Sundays). In some cases, it might take a bit longer, for example, during public holidays.
We might deliver your order in multiple packages. You will receive a tracking number for each package. If you haven’t received your order a few days after shipping, please contact our customer service.
First, check your track and trace. If you weren’t home, your package is usually delivered to a pickup point. Still having trouble? Please contact our customer service.
When you order on weekdays before 11:00 PM, you can expect your order to be delivered to your home the next day. Shipping is free for orders over €75. All orders below this amount cost €6.99 in the Netherlands and €6.99 in Belgium.
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us. This can be done with any carrier of your choice. The costs for this are at your own expense. If your product is (delivered) defective, we will pay the shipping costs. For this, it is best to contact us. We will then provide a return label.
