It sometimes varies per supplier how and where you need to register your product as a return. On this page you can read how this works.
You might want to return or exchange a product. You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your product. If you’ve received a defective item, please don’t bother sending it back. Instead, contact customer service first so we can resolve it for you!

No, unfortunately we don’t repair products. If your product is broken, please contact us. In some cases we do have spare parts in stock and can send these to you.
You get at least 2 years legal warranty on manufacturing defects on all products. Your product should not break down during the first 2 years with normal use.
