Description
The FlinQ Velo Sensor Bin is an advanced trash can that combines functionality, hygiene and design. Thanks to the smart sensor technology and the rechargeable lid with motion sensor, this 50-liter stainless steel trash can is the modern solution for any room in the house.
Key points at a glance
– Advanced sensor opens automatically upon motion (0.3 sec – up to 25 cm distance)
– Two modes: Active mode and permanently open mode
– Rechargeable via USB-C – no more batteries needed!
– Soft-close lid and LED status lighting
– Anti-fingerprint stainless steel with high-quality finish
– Capacity: 50 liters – perfect for kitchen, office, bathroom or pantry
– Energy-efficient and hygienic alternative to traditional trash cans
Smart technology, without touching
With the built-in sensor, the lid opens automatically as soon as your hands or waste are within 25 cm. This happens in just 0.3 seconds. This way you stay hygienic and always keep one hand free. The edge lighting clearly indicates the status: blue for automatic mode, green for ‘permanently open’. Close the lid silently thanks to the soft-close function.
Rechargeable
The waste bin is fully rechargeable via USB-C, so batteries are a thing of the past.
Fits in any space
Whether you place the Velo sensor trash can in the kitchen, pantry, bathroom or office, it fits into any environment thanks to the stylish stainless steel design. The anti-fingerprint coating ensures that the exterior remains beautiful. The combination of design, ease of use and technology makes this trash can with sensor indispensable in any modern household.

Which Trash Bags Fit Best in My FlinQ Trash Can?
Depending on the capacity of the trash can, we recommend garbage bags with an elastic band. For example, you can choose 50L or 60L trash bags from the Swirl brand. These are available at the supermarket.
The Sensor on My Lid is No Longer Responding
We recommend cleaning the lid with a damp cloth. Additionally, we suggest replacing the batteries with 3 new alkaline batteries. Also, check if the battery compartment is properly placed or if it has shifted.
My lid won’t open (fully) anymore? What can I do about it?
If the trash can lid no longer opens (fully), we recommend replacing the lid’s batteries with new Alkaline Batteries. Additionally, we suggest cleaning the lid thoroughly with a damp cloth every time you change the bag. Clean both the inside and outside.
