How Does iDeal In3 Work?

For all orders above 50.00 euros, you can choose iDeal in3 on the checkout page. You can then pay for your order in 3 equal installments. in3 is not available for second-hand products or loose parts.

When Will I Receive My Order?

I Haven’t Received an Order Confirmation yet?

Sometimes it can take a while to receive it. If you haven’t received anything after an hour, please check your junk email or spam folder just to be sure. If it’s not there, please contact us. We can also send it to you manually.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

You can do this by emailing us at info@flinqproducts.nl or by calling or texting our customer service. Is your order already on its way? Then you can refuse it with the postal delivery person. You can also accept it and then return it yourself.

Do I Have to Pay for the Return of My Package?

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us. This can be done with any carrier of your choice. The costs for this are at your own expense. If your product is (delivered) defective, we will pay the shipping costs. For this, it is best to contact us. We will then provide a return label.

How Do I Change the Delivery Address of My Order?

If you want to change your delivery address, you can only do so when your order hasn’t left our warehouse yet. Contact our customer service by email or WhatsApp for this. You can also change the delivery address in the DHL, PostNL or DPD app, but this depends on how far along your package is in the delivery process.

How Can I Place an Order?

Add your product to the cart and click on the big green “Secure Checkout” button. Enter your details or log in with your existing account. Then click on your preferred payment method. You can pay with iDeal, Credit Card, or through Klarna, for example.
