Frequently asked questions
It may happen that you want to return or exchange a product. You have a 14-day reflection period after receiving your product. If you have received an item that shows defects, please don’t go through the trouble of sending it back. Instead, contact customer service first so we can resolve it for you!
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product.

You can return the product within 14 days. We cannot (fully) refund the purchase amount in the following cases:
– Items that were delivered damaged, please contact our customer service via info@flinqproducts.nl or via WhatsApp
– Items that were delivered more than 14 days ago
If you want to check the material of the product further, we recommend opening the packaging carefully so you can feel the material or examine the item. You may inspect and evaluate the product just as you would in a physical store. Do not completely remove the product from its packaging, as we won’t be able to verify if it has been used.
We take a photo of every returned item in our warehouse to assess the condition of the returned items.
Has the item been used or removed from the packaging? We’ll check the condition of your product and determine the depreciation.
Return costs
The return costs are at your own expense and will not be reimbursed by us. If your product is damaged, we will reimburse the return costs, but first contact our customer service via info@flinqproducts.nl or via WhatsApp and do not register the return.
Timeframes
– You have at least 14 days to register a return
– After registration, you have another 14 days minimum to actually return it.
When will I get my money back?
– Once we receive the item, we will process it within 14 days and refund the amount to the account used for payment.
– If you purchased the product from another vendor, we will ask that vendor to refund the amount to you.
That’s unfortunate but it does happen sometimes. Don’t worry, we’ll sort this out with you properly.
If your product is damaged, you can easily and quickly report it on our defects portal. We will then contact you quickly and look for a suitable solution.

You get at least 2 years legal warranty on manufacturing defects on all products. Your product should not break down during the first 2 years with normal use.
