We may change or terminate the Service or certain features thereof at any time without prior notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also change these Mobile Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Service after the effective date of such changes, you accept these changes.

By consenting to the SMS/text messaging service of FlinQ & Co B.V., you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of FlinQ & Co B.V. via your mobile provider to the mobile number you have provided, even if this number is registered on a national or local do-not-call list. The messages may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (such as order updates, account notifications, etc.). We may change the short code number or phone number with which we operate the Service at any time and will inform you about this. You acknowledge that messages, such as STOP or HELP, that you send to a changed number may not be received, and we are not responsible for processing such requests.

The mobile providers supporting this Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You are required to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new number, you must re-enroll in the Service with your new number.
